State Bank of India — delay in statement receiving and penalty imposing | |||
dear sir/madam, i am again with same problem of not receiving statement on time and imposing penalty for that. day before yesterday executive called me for payment and assured me for not imposing penalty but insist to call in customer care and told to send a person to collect the payment at my office address. i didn't able to connect to customer care because of congestion and till writing to this complaint, nobody came to me to collect the payment. today they again called me with due payment of last month and this month both!!!!!. because delay of action, this month payment has got added in my dues. this the fault of that bank and because of their mistakes i am to submit the 2 month payment with penalty. when they call for payment and assure for not imposing penalty, why the same person execute the reversal process of penalty???!!!!! they tell us to call to customer care and customer care phone line gets busy or congested many times. my credit card details is - name - vijay vishwakarma credit card no. - [protected] please help me to get solve the problem soon. regards vijay Was this information helpful? | |||
