State Bank of India — Received Login and Password but not able to log in. also not able to make a trouble shooting complaint

I am having a SBI a/c no [protected] at SBI, Subroto Park. I had walked to the bank and was handed this kit. The details of the kit are as follows:

Kit no: [protected]
Packet no: 91031
Circle code:04
Serial no:34

I was told that the kit will take 24 hrs to get activated.Its 72 hrs and the thing has not been resolved.The sad part is even customer care is helpless.The have directed me to get in touch with the branch.Sorry state and frustating.

I am having a SBI a/c no [protected] at CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. I have internet banking option. Only Deposit A/c has appeared in the Internet banking. Transaction A/c has not appeared in the internet banking. Therefore, requested that it may please be rectifed.
