[Resolved] State Bank of India — fixed deposit | |||
Sir, This is to inform you that I have made a fixed deposit against your SBI Advantage Card on 29.01.2010 for 1 year. But after fixed deposit had been mature on 28.01.11 the amount which Rs 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only)not received till now yet. The Kolkata branch Credit Card department they said that we had transferred the amount on the 09.04.2011, fortunately on my bank statement its shows on “HOLD”. Now I went & called up to so many times to complain this matter but the response of the Credit Card department was very poor & unsatisfied, they again sent me to talk to my SBI branch (TIEC). Same ways my SBI branch manager said same think that they are not responsible for the “HOLD” think Which are shows in my A/C, I should talk to the credit card department at Minto Park branch. This was continued at that time but none of them solve the matter & I went out of station for an years, and the problem is still not taken lying. So I am bond to write a letter to both the companies State Bank Of india & SBI Card department to please look after the matter immediately (within 15 days from the received of this letter) to refund my FD with full principle & interest amount for 3 years, unless I have to take legal action from the court. sir, we had two deposit on same day with same amount ,for same time....
by fault of officer we got same a/c number on both..
officer say that we had only one deposit..
what is another way to distinguish between them...?
if we had copy...then we must follow the rule to get copy receipt.
what is rule for copy receipt of fixed deposit in sbi ?
..they had no record of such kind...so it was fault of the bank...they must have record..
if they going to prove that we had copy of same receipt...

This is just not acceptable. We are not able to take our own money. we had to beg for money from all our friends and relatives to finally complete the registration. I hope someone notices all these things.
