Hello,
Fraud online tansactions has been made from my SBI savings account:[protected] (Branch-Sarsi) of Rs.11,622 on 16/03/12. I have registered a complaint with the bank but I am not satisfied the bank is dealing . I have recieved back Rs.1,800 as a sum return from bank but now they are saying no more money will be returned back.

I have never used online banking but still I am facing this loss.This is a big loss to me so plesae can you help me with the case.
