State Bank of India Gandhi nagar branch chennai — not accepting pension order copy--transfer

I got transferred my EPF pension from Naskik (maharashtra) to Chennai--detais are as follows

PPO NO--10947

I asked for a transfer to Chennai --payment at S B I gandhi nagar branch adyar chennai--20
A letter to this effect was sent to me and copy to the bank(ref-TN/MAS pension 2011 dtd .12/7/2011) I visited to the bank today to collect my PPO copy--.They told that they have not received any copy and simply directed me th indira nagar SBI--since you had mentioned this name(Indiagandhi nagar)in your letter even though this is a mistake. I went to Inditra gandhi Nagar SBI They mentioned that they are not connected and nothing to do---
Pl solve this problem A sr citizen should not be shunted like this Also i am a by-pass patient--Pl arrange my pension of Rs.526/---advise what to do--- pl reply
