I am Nrupul K shah I am using Sbi card from last 5 years My card no is [protected] this card is totally free offered me by last year i got statement form Sbi With same charge I made a call & talk with competent person I told him & he reverse the annual fee & addon crd fee ,because this
card offered me free lifetime. and he reverse it and made me a call on my old mob:[protected].
But this year again i got same bill & on 13 jan 2012, So I talk with Mr.parikshit mishra the executive from sbi card he said sir you got call from our bank side and this amount will reverse but still there is no call and no feedbacek ,
