State Bank of India — Complaint Regarding SMS Alert facility on My Mobile No.

Sir,
I'm Karunesh Gupta, having account in STATE BANK OF INDIA.I had given the written Application
( two times) for activating the SMS ALERT facility on my Mobile NO([protected]).I gave first
application in bank 8 months before & second application in the starting of August.Whenever i go to
bank, everytime they say me to give the application again.They have not started this facility on my
Mobile till now.Now please tell me what should i do?

My Account No is- [protected] in SBI Bank Branche Name- Mayur Market,Gwalior(MP).
& My Mobile No is- [protected].
