Dear sir

since i have opened the a/c in your branch i have to face a lot of problem on each and every transaction , first of all we are not beggers asking for money from you , its our right as our money is invested in your bank . change your staff mentality and first train branch manager how to behave with customers and please appoint educated and trained staff from banking sector . ur staff has only 20 % of banking information and sends to different counters and the passbook is of no use because whenever we go for statement ur machine or computer is down , for some details or for account opening if one staff is on leave ur staff response is asking us to come after two days i have no idea its a bank or kirana store please visit and see the atmosphere in ur branch .
