In SBI Koregaon Bhima Branch Pune),I am existing customer with DSP A/C and On requesting again and again from one year They haven't activated MOD facility for my a/c.Each month I used to go there and request the same each time, But they ignore always.They promise each time and disobey their own saying.. just give dates like as if in court.and site a reason each time.i complained on Grahak SevaSurksha also several times.But it isn't effective..What should I do..or these all services are fake or what?How they can behave so humiliatingly? There should be some rules for them also that they should provide good service, their irresponsible behaviour each time is irritating.Evasive answers each time are increasing incredibility about these type of services.They are all time non co-operative and discourteous.It has become unsustainable to grin and bear it much more.And behalf of that also they are just taking it casually and refuse their idleness and try to mislead.I have complained two times with complaint no.s OP[protected] and NE[protected]. They just send me messages like "your complaint has been attended to and closed after resolution"And on asking them about it they used to say "upar report karne ke liye, Aisa bolna padta hai,action krna padta hai ki result ke liye"type of out of place answers.I also mailed Principle nodal Officer.But no satisfied responses from there also.
