[Resolved] State Bank of India — IRCTC Transaction Failed , Balance deducted but Money not yet Refunded

Hi Sir/Madam,

I cancelled one ticket from Mughalsarai Jn.(MGS) to New Delhi(NDLS) in Sleeper Class in Poorva Express on 30th of September,2012. I had used SBI Debit Card(Mastero) for the same.Refund Details of my IRCTC account showed " Refund Instructions given to Bank" . 8 Days have passed since then but the amount has yet not been credited in my SBI saving account.Below are the details of cancellation :
