Address: | Jaipur, Rajasthan |
Sir,
1. With reference to GOI, MOD letter No. TC 10(1) /2009-D9 (Pen/Pol) dt 08 March 2010 and earlier such directives on the subject, I submit the following for your kind consideration and justified action: -
(a) On fulfilling the terms of engagement I retired from army on 30 June 1985 in the rank of Subedar.
(b) Wef 22 July 1986 I was re-employed in, Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2, Jaipur cantt in the scale of Rs 260-400. Accordingly DA/ADA was deducted from my pension. I retired from KVS Wef 31 July (AN) 1986 on Completion of 10 yrs & 10 days of service in second spell.
(c) As per orders in force, commuted value of pension was supposed to be restored on completion of prescribed period, but this was not done either by DPDO Jaipur cantt (RAJ) or by SBI (5708) Jaipur Cantt branch in time from where I am drawing my pension. Twice I have send application to your good office from where the bank authorities were asked to do the needful but due to reasons known to them only they did not bother to respond correctly.
(d) I may submit Sir, that at present I am being paid a sum of Rs. 11264/- Per Month as basic Pension + 27 % DA. Whereas, as per the letter ref in Para 1 above I should be getting Rs.9324 as a basic Pension and 27 % DA on it, which amounts to Rs.[protected] + 2517). The Pension being paid by the SBI is far less then the authorized by the Govt.
2. In view of the above I request you to kindly provide me with the details of Pension entitled and authorized to me since 1985, so that Bank authorities can be approached to pay the correct and full entitlement.
3. In spite of my complaint Ticket Number: CC[protected] filed online during Apr 2010, no action has been taken by your staff concerned . May I request you to kindly look in to the matter and direct your staff to calculate and disburse the correct pension. Even Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Pensions) letter no Audit/PSBx Raj/Jaipur dt 7 Jun 10 has given the details of the correct pension authorised but still no action has been taken.
