[Resolved] State Bank of India — WRONG NAME ON CARD AND RELATED POLICY DOCS | |||
Dear Team, My name was wrongly captured as ADITI BHATT on SBI Credit card and related policy papers which was done by one of your representatives who came for a target completion purpose.against which i have lodged a complaint in 2008 in MP nagar Zone 1 ,Bhopal office .The card was blocked that time which was clearly reflecting in the system also.Till date no developement is done as of now.I am getting continous calls from call centre regarding payment of outstanding dues of around Rs.15000.The way of talking of your executives is not only rude but very harsh.One of current example is Mr.Govind Rai who called me today from no. [protected].He was not ready to understand the issue and continously arguing that its not a mistake on part of card issunace dept for name error..KIndly look into this matter since its been almost 2 years and there is no point of harrassing customer like this when fault is on your part..If no action is taken even after this complaint i will forced to lodge a complaint regarding harrassment to customer when fault was of SBI...
