[Resolved] State Bank of India — Loss of Amount through ATM Debit card | |||
Respected Sir, This is to inform you that I (Abidali A Poonawala) is an existing S/B A/c Holder([protected]) in Carter Road, Bandra (W),Mumbai branch, since May-09 and is feeling very ashamed to informed the irresponsibility shown by the bank. I have lost my ATM Debit card on 20/09/2010 at around 1200pm, and I myself serached a lot for the same but could not find it,then i visited nearby branch at safed pool (sakinaka) Andher(E) and presented my case to them they provided me the call centre number ([protected])and i called at call centre where i spoke to Tahera (lady) at between 1400Hrs to 1500hrs but unfortunately there was technical problem and i was told you will get the confirmation after 12hrs and thus she could not raise the ticket number, then i spoke to the safed pool (sakinaka),Andher(E) branch people, she told,we are not allowed to block the card other than home branch and you haveto visit your branch only, by that time it was 1540hrs and i started journey to my home branch which was at carter road,bandra (w) by bus, mean while i reach there, i informed my friend Mr.Qamar who visited there and requested for the same but he (prakash nikale) did not listen to him, nor was ready to attend my phone calls as well, but unfortunately there was traffic jam and i was able to reach there by 1730hrs and the bank was closed, Now no way, just waiting for 21/09/2010 sunrise and visited my home branch bank but by that time Rs.23,400/- was debited by unknown person and these affected my family and will be on fast for some days god forbid, I would be very grateful if you could look into these matter and repay my innosent amount which was withdrawn wrongly Thanking you Yours truly Abidali Poonawala [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
