I have submitted ECS form in Mumbai branch 8075 but till date its not activated.Now I am being told by your Gurgaon call centre, why did you submit local branch you should send directly to us, I approached to local branch they are saying that they have send it to Mahim branch and it will be done form there. I spoke with Mahim brach but they are saying they have lost the document and you have to resubmit again that to a fter 45 days only after constant follow from my end.
How can one submit all documents to Gurgaon if the local branch has not told any such thing, and if local branch has approached for card why should one submit to Gurgaon.
Now its still not clear which is the correct branch who will be doing all this? What if I submit it again gets lost ? There is no document given by the bank. Above all there are threatning call from customer care regarding blacklisting, interest rates on the due amount and penalty.
