State Bank of India Market Yard Pune — nonpayment of revised pension as per 6th pay commission

The central government has issued orders to give effect to revised pension to all pensioners in September 2008. In spite of several complaints lodged with the bank orally and in writing the bank authorities have not given effect to the government orders. This is happening in only this branch of State Bank of India. Other branches have complied with central government orders.
The orders regarding revision of pre-2006 pension have been issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare vide OM No.38/37/08-P&PW(A) dated 1.9.2008 and detailed instructions have also been issued to the Pension Disbursing Banks about the revision of Pre-2006 pension vide OM dated 14.10.2008. I am a pensioner retired from BARC Dep. of Atomic Energy and draw my pension from State Bank of India Market Yard Branch.My revised pension is not yet received.
