hi , iam the customer of sbi credit card from a long time, but till now i cant talk to any customer care executive when ever i need. when i use to call them to their toll free number , there will be a computer generated response will be & says to enter the card number, then DOB when i enter my dob it says sorry wrong data. iam unable to understand what wrong the data entered by them which is not exactly matching with my profile. i want to correct my profile data but cant understand how to approach. when i personally met one sbicc sales executive he replied , sorry sir we cant help u as u have to call them by same toll free number again . I have applied for SBI credit card for the past around 2 months. But still i did not get it.Would please update me with the processing of the credit card.
SBI Credit Card — no response
Sir,Your rep.Mr.Mukesh approached me for the issue of a credit card and collecteds all the documents required with a promise that the card wil be processed within 10 days, but no responce so far.

This is happening for the Third time. In case non eligibility why so your rep. approach mwe with all the saleman's gimmics.
I haven't heard anything since and my documents original as well as copies are still with you.
Please expedite.

SAME PROBLEM WITH ME
I SUBMITED MY DOCUMENTS FOR NEW CREDIT CARD.3 WEEKS AGO.BUT YOUR PEAOPLE DID NOT RESPONDED ANYTHING .PLS EMAIL ME MY STATUS OF CREDIT CARD APPLICATION

an amount of $ 19.95 is been taken from my credit card for the last two months by FRIENDFINDER without my consent and i had reported this matter to customer care of sbi creditcard division in the month of feb and again they have taken the same amount on 30th of feb which i recieved an sms on my mobile.Kindly stop these type of transactions immedietely.

SBI Credit Card — No response from SBI
Hi,I had SBI Credit card. But due to theft, I lost same in train. I called SBI call center to cancel same. They said its cancelled and asked me to do remaining payment. I have paid same. But next month I got bill from them for late payment. When I called SBI Call center, they informed me not to worry, card is cancelled so no need to pay. But next month, I got bill with interest added. So I went to SBI Office in Mumbai and they told me that they can't do anything and I need to write to SBI Delhi office.
I am not able to understand what to do? Call center and physical office in Mumbai is not able to help me. How can writing to SBI will help. Still I will be doing same.
