[Resolved]  State Bank of India, Model Town Extension, Ludhiana — misbehave of employees and poor service

Respected sir,
Actually we have submitted one international cheque in SBI model town extension branch ludhiana, and they told us that cheque gets cleared in 45 days. but now 68 days have been passed and bank is not giving us any information and the employees of that branch and manager OP Chabbra misbehaved with my us many times and just said do whatever you can to do, i can't help you in that matter.Sir, i had taken that money on interest and bank is just avoiding us.Please look into matter and help us as there is no hope from this branch n they are just avoiding us and misbehaving with us.Please look into matter, i am highly obliged.
