State Bank of India — No proper response from State Bank personnel

i have opened savings account in SBI vedayapalem branch. My account number is [protected], i didnot receive my debit card till now, i contacted vedayapalem branch they told to contact customer regarding Debit card.
I called customer care they told me "u can go and give complaint with branch because we dont have detaila about ATM card". But again i contacted Branch, but they are not properly taking request. Nobody is taking request for new Debit card.
Please kindly help on this.

GETTING GOVERNMENT JOB IN INDIA IS THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD.WE SAW WORLD ECNOMIC CRISIS COSTS HOWMANY JOBS AND HOWMANY DEATHS.THE STAFF MUST WORK WITH SENSE, IT IS HIS DUTY, HE MUST AFRAID OF GOD OR NATURE.MOST OF THE BANK STAFFS DONT KNOW ABOUT THEIR WORK.THE CUSTOMER CAN COMPLAINT TO BANKING OMBUDSMAN TO GET A IMMEDIATE SOLOTION.IF THE STAFF IS AN EMPLOYEE OF ANY ONE OF THE GULF STATE HE IS NOW AN ORDINARY UNEMPLOYED HUMANBEING BECAUSE THERE IS NO EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATION THERE

I have withdraw 10, 000 RS from SBI ATM from sector 24, noida and I have not receive money from ATM and withdraw amount was debited from my account and regarding that I have complained in to my SBI branch Noida sector 2, but not any response is received from bank and my money is still pending its already 2 years gone but bank is not taken any action regarding this, please help me.
