[Resolved] State Bank of India — No responding | |||
I registered for SMS banking as per the guidelines. For activation when i called to SBI call center, they suggested to visit service branch. my service branch is Vengalrao nagar, Hyderabad. i visited and explained my problem. to active my SMS banking i wait for 1 hr 30 minutes. this activation took 24 hrs. After 24 hrs, when i try to access SMS banking thru my phone, i got reply that your phone has more than one activated user ids. Again i called to SBI call center and got same reply from them, that to visit service branch. next day i went to service branch and i wait in front of the employee to resolve my problem. But she did not resolved my problem. i stand in front of her for 2 hrs. At last i loose my patients and just exit from the Worst SBI branch. i decided not to use SBI bank for my further transactions.
