State Bank of India — not received any status for updates

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have applied for the SBI Credit card in the month of November 2012 from a Executive.
But till today i.e. 24th of December 2012, i have not receive any status or updates on the same. i am trying to call that executive but he is not picking up my call..
