Sir,
I wish to inform you that I had dropped a cheque in favour of my credit card, in the drop box provided by the SBI main branch, Barasat 24 pgs.(N) on 16.05.08. I have been informed by SBI Customers Service Delhi, that they have not recieved the cheque as yet.I futher wish to inform you that I have always dropped all previous cheques in the same branch in the same drop box.Now I am being harassed every day by their Delhi Office For non payment.Pl. advice on what I should do.
