My name is Sandip Rakshiye, owner of Priyanka colletions. My account number is [protected]. My shop is located in front of SBI Padoli Branch and We have total 3 accounts since SBI opened its branch in Padoli Chandrapur. Now we are facing many problems due to new branch manager Mr Vyankatesh. He is very arrogant and irresponsible. Many people have complaint against it but they are unable to raise complaint against him because padoli is very economically backward area and many people are illiterate. Behalf of all people I am raising this complaints. If you are want to check it then please go and distribute questionnaire regarding customer satisfaction. You will automatically come across to know about it. No one in Padoli is happy with this branch manager. He don’t want to speak with people properly. We have many customers who ask us about account opening then we refer other banks because of this branch manager. You can check by asking the previous branch manager by asking how many accounts we have given to SBi. I would like to inform one incident which happened with us. Few days before I went to open current account in Padoli Branch ,I produced all the necessary documents for getting the CC account and I have spend around Rs 6000 to Rs 7000 for verification. But finally he denied for opening CC account. After this incident I went to another branch of SBI (Shastrinagar, Chandrapur) and I have shown the same documents. The branch Manager of SBI shastrinagar (Mr Meshram ) and another https://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint/ Mr Sorte checked the documents and they have opened current account.
