I have barrowed 4 lacks for purhcasing offset printing machine, bank loan not exceed 4 lacks, but due to non payment of interest exceed my loan, hence bankers inciatted to sale my house, my house as per market value above 10lacks, now they are called tenders for sale of house and fixed minimum bidding action from from 6 lacks hence. I
am a ex-employee and senior citizen, therefore I requested to my loan transfer to under revert mortgage and remaining balance pay in instalment or lumsum as per my convinent. But bankers refused to transfer my loan you are defaulf hence we are not agree with revert martgage and asking to pay total amount at a time. it is not possible to us.
if any action taken on bankers I am not interested to
sell my house. I am earning monthly 3000 rupees
and bankers vacated tenents and locked house,

revert mortgage, bankers pay only 32% on total value as per engineer house valuation, for example my valuation 1000000lacks so as senior citizen for I will get only 3, 00, 000 only so my loan amount is 4, 00, 000 + 50, 000interest hence my total loan is[protected]=balance1, 50, 000/-
remaining pay lumsum or instalment or at a time as per my convinent, my
bussiness running not running and I am fully depend on the above earning. Therefore I am disagree, if bankers force to pay, there is no way, hence agree
