This is regarding false transaction carried out on 22 Jan 12. the details of transaction and my account details are as follows:

existing branch : 1687
EARLIER branch : 2530
my complaint ID : AT[protected] Dated 26 jan 12
further i would like to illustrate the sequence of events occured, which led to an incomplete transaction and finally till to date my money is not been credited to my account.
1- transaction of Rs 10000 was done on 22 jan 12 at IDBI ATM in lucknow, but ATM machine did not dispense the money, but my account was debited with the same amount .
2- then i lodged the complaint with customer care regarding the same on 26 jan 12.(complaint ID is mentioned above)
3- there after i changed my home branch from 2530 to 1687 on 30 jan 12 near to my school due to some personel reasons.
4- since then its been two months, i have running around both branchs to get my money back i could not get my money back.
5- meanwhile i got response from CUSTOMER care that either my money should have refunded to my account or lying with 98582 account , which is 1687 branch.
6- then i went to my existing branch 1687 with the copy customer reply to branch manager MR GUPTA but he said i dont have any money, and you should go to 2530 branch.
further sir, i would request you to refund my money as soon as possible to avoid further delay.
if not then tell me following things
1 - where to ask for refund (i mean which branch)
2- where to complaint regarding this

SBI — regarding refund
dear sir,I have cancelled my 2 tickets but i did'nt get refund of it ,11 days have passed ,i have cancelled those tickets on 14/1/2010...
i had used my SBI atm card for payment purpose
