I am a consumer of SBI Dispur Branch, Guwahati (Assam) having A/C no. [protected]. I had applied for the Internet Banking in my Branch and after giving the application on 24.12.2008 I got the USERID and PASSWORD in the evening of the same day. After receiving the ID and PWD when I login through internet I got the result as Invalid UserID and Password. Today allmost after 3 days I still found the same problem in login in. Pls suggest me what to do and arrange to provide me a valid USERID & PASSWORD so that I am able to access the services.

Actually I have an SBI Account in BALASORE Industrial Estate Branch, Balasore, Orissa.I had applied an application for Internet Banking User id & Passeword.But Till now I did not get.When I go to Bank They tell me that Come tomorrow..This things happen daily.Then what Shall I do? How Can I get my Internet Banking User Id & Password? Plz Tell me...
I have also an NRI account at BALASORE Industrial Estate Branch, Balasore, Orissa. First time they provided me a packet for internet login. When I establised the account, next time it started saying invalid login. I have been calling and requesting over two months, there is no luck. They said you have sent the letter to the branch so that they can issue a new one. But so far there is no luck. Hope one day the largest bank in India can complete its private counter part.
I have been issued "Internet Banking Kit" by SBI Sangamner Branch on 26/10/2012 and it is supposed to be activated within next 24 working hours. Same is not yet activated by SBI. I have even lodged a complaint on website of SBI with complaint No. IB[protected]. SBI Sangamner is not responding to my complaint.
