And when I call customer care, the response I get is I have to visit the home branch. What stupidity? I needed cash urgently. The branches are closed! And Today as it is Saturday. I have no other option other than waiting till Monday. So, atleast I thought I will transfer the amount to my son's A/C via online transfer, and guess what after I add and approve a beneficiary I have to submit a form at the home branch. So my overall conclusion
Question: What is the Point of having online service or customer care???
Answer: Just for show. Both these services are made available to fool the customers. Its just a gimmick. For anything and everything the customer has to and must visit the branch at the STATE BANK OF INDIA 's convenience. Was this information helpful? |
