I'm RANJAN KUMAR THAKUR.My mobile number [protected].I'm existing SBI customer of branch-ROSERA with branch code 04580 in district SAMASTIPUR(BIHAR).I have been using SBI DEBIT CUM ATM card for last one months.For last two days when I try to use my ATM service it always replies"YOUR CARD IS BLOCKED.PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BRANCH".I contacted the helpline no. of SBI and then I contacted the branch regarding this as directed by helpline to unblock my ATM card but I didn't get any sort of help from my branch and even they didn't accepted my application regarding this.Instead of ressolving my problem my branch suggested me to contact the helpline again but according to the helpline"YOU CONTACT YOUR BRANCH WITH A APPLICATION.THEY WILL ACCEPT YOUR ACCLICATION AND THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU A TOKEN NUMBER.AFTER RECEIVING YOUR FORWARDED APPLICATION,YOUR ATM WILL BE UNBLOCKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING IN HEAD OFFICE".Here I have to mention that my branch is not accepting any application then how will my ATM card be unblocked.Regarding this I have informed all the high level SBI officers and also registered an online complain with ticket number CC[protected] but no responce is found.
Therefore I want to point out that due to CARELESS and IRRESPONSIBLE behaviour of SBI community I'm facing a lot of problem.Please help me. Was this information helpful? |
