[Resolved]  State Bank of India (SBI) Nerul — False hearted and Disgusting

I went to SBI on the month of July to open a new account for myself, where I was told to open an account on the first week of August so that I will get a gift from SBI on the spot.

I agreed and ask my cousin to open an account so that we get a gift, and so we did. We opened an account on SBI and they promised to gift us an umbrella. But still now we dint received anything from SBI. When we went to enquire they told us that the stock has not come yet, once the stock come we will inform you and gift you. But asusual it was all fake promises.

About the services, they have only two computers and one printers. Weekly twice their computer gets hanged, or someother problems if it works well then light problems for this we are not able to update our passbook, or credit cash on our account.
Space is not enough as lots of customers stand on queue. Inspite of having three counters always people get confused which counter to go as they always mislead them.

To solve any problem they ask us to meet a specify person on the bank and when we approach him, he ask us to meet another. Even to get a netbanking form we have to wait and waste our 1hour time.

I applied for net banking still it is on wait more than 3weeks passed still m waiting for net banking kit. Many more customers are there coming with the complaints for they havent received their welcome kit, or even pin for their debit card.

Those people working on SBI Nerul branch are seriously disgusting. They just waste customers time to guide them. Very Bad experience I had at SBI Nerul.

I am totally agree about this comments... Because i suffer a lot from account opening to netbanking. Till now i visited 6/7 times SBI, Nerul for activate my internet userid, but each time they told me we solve your issue and after 2/3 days you will be able access your account through netbanking. Since 2 months passed away, i am not able to access my account on internet.

I also visited SBI nerul Branch manager for the same issue, but she has no experience on this and told me to contact the right person. She has not interested to solve customers issue. One employee refer to another employee. No one is able to response correctly...

My suggestion to all people, please don't go to SBI Nerul branch for wastage your time.
stop complaining about umbrella and waiting time in SBI . SBI is a low cost banking module for the common man. they cannot afford big lobby with 10 manager's taking care of people..

If you guys really want to feel like king. i suggest u open a HNI account with MNC banks and keep 20 lacs as balance u will get all the service u expect from the bank

I totally disagree about the anticomments. I am with the SBI Nerul since its inception. I didnot find any lacuna except a few teething troubles in the beginneng. All the three managers with whom I came across were extremely cooperative. I feel that one must understand that one cannot please all. Kindly note that I donot have any nearby in SBI
i do agree with u. most of them are old sticks, who just cant handle 2 many customers.
