I retired from indian Navy on 30 Jun 10 on superannuation The PPO 09/97/A/S/000102/2010 was forwadded by PCDA Mumbai to SBI Saidapet at Chennai in June 2010.Submitted life certificate to SBI Selaiyur at Chennai Where my saving account No[protected] is held.VsitedSBI selaiyur branch and contacted Asst .Manage SBI Centralisd pension cell at Virugambakkam in Chennai.

My pension is not yet started .the commutation gratuity not yet credited to my account
[protected] at SBI Selaiyur branch in Chennai.

Horrible Branch and Poor customer service. Please don't become victim by taking home loan from here. The branch managers Raju and Mandal think customers are fool and take their own decisions.
