This in regard to Debit card lost case. When i first went to SBI Shahdara Branch after FIR for my lost wallet in oct,2010, one of employee told me to just fill new Debit Card form and drop in box & nothing else, even he doesn't required the FIR copy but i anyway droped FIR copy & Debit card form with all my details. Now after 15 days when i again went om 2/11/2010, other officials told me to first call on customer care and then fill new form for Debit Card. When i asked for customer care no. they told me to copy from ATM outside. I copied the no. i tried but none of the number got connected. Today i took customer care no. from website but this new no. is also not getting connected. so, i mail my all request to their helpline e - mail. Please help me asap bcoz i am afraid if someone uses my card and withdraw or any misheppens i want SBI to take the blame.
