[Resolved] State Bank of India — Misbehaviour | |||
I am complaining against the employees of STATE BANK OF INDIA of SHALIMAR BRANCH at HOWRAH(Shibpur),WEST BENGAL.The behavior of the employees are not good.Actually they are very much rude particularly at that branch.They dont know any manner that how to talk with the customers.We,the Customers are not satisfied with it. 1. With all respect I want to draw your attention to the inapperoperate behaviour conducted by Mr NK Talwar (Asst Gen Manager of SBI, Sector 17 Main Branch)
2. On 4th Jan at about 1300 hours I was standing in a queue on counter number 22 to submit my application form for HUDA plots. The employee Mr Kranti Misbehaved by allowing the following
(a) He allowed his acquiantances to surpass the line
(b) On being told about same his words were "Sadi sehat te koi farak ne penda" & "Yaha to aisa he hota hai"
(c) He then said that the staff would continue to do like this
(d) He then did the intentional delay in the task that he was supppose to carry out and kept asking stupid and funny questions (my mother was submitting the form)
3. On taking the matter to Senior authority Mr SK Talwar who claimed to be Asst Gen Manager also said that "Staff to pichhe se he jayega" and did not entertained the request for the same.
you are requested to take necessary corrective actions.

The manager should be punished
they are missbehavious with all the constumers .
just because of their irreponsilible behaviour i have lost the participation in rgpv m tech couselliung and by virtue of this i have to wait for an year.. and whole year is totally wastage...

SBI — Misbehaviour
In Kural (w) SBI branch at Sheetal Cinema Hall the staff was not came on time. They were not give proper answers to the customers.
