Sir,
I am the customer of SBI, at SIRSAGANJ branch of Firozabad district o[censored].P with savings bank account No.[protected] with the customer name B P THIRUPALU. In the month of Oct, 2010, I have been transferred from Bihar to U.P. Till date, after many requests submitted in the branch, I did not get the cheque book. When I approach the manager for the same, he says what can I do our data base is showing that the cheque book has been sent. He showed his unability and said If want to complain, I could complain. I have a housing loan. For that I have to give post dated cheques. I have been facing problem for the last 10 months. Not only that I had submitted an application for the sms facility activation for my mobile to know the transaction of my account. I gave an application to unlock my ATM card. These two problems are also not solved yet though gave the applications three months ago. I am fed up with the services of the SIRSAGANJ branch of SBI. Please solve my problems as early as possible.
