State Bank of India — Unnecessarily charging late fee from past 6 months even when paid on time.

We have paid the minimum amount on time but SBI credit card demands for late charges in the very next month. It feels funny that when the due date for example is 10th of a month and you payed on 5th of the same month then that means we have paid beyond due date. Even on giving them the full calculation they keep calling just like snooze every 1 hour. There are proofs that we paid on time but these people demand extra charges saying it is late fee. Severe action must be taken in order to eradicate such kind of illegal activities. These are just a mode of earning extra money. It is better that they shut down their services. Ridiculous service.
