[Resolved]  State Bank of India — CHANGED STATEMENT MODE W/OUT INFORMING CUSTOMER

With reference to above mention subject as I am not using
services of "SBI CARDS" since last 1.6 years and there is no any due as
per me but if your organisation starts sending me regular statement
with showing me dues,i am helpless coz. "SBI CARDS" made mistake that
without informing to their customer whether verbal or written change
mode of sending "statement" unfortunately statement also not able to
open after three months and now you are sending me with late payment
charges its difficult to pay and your recovery agents making call
frequently at my parents home they become disturb by such offense.as i
am not staying with them.i also forwarded this mail with below mention
date to your organization.

Kindly do need full for same.

i "RITESH WAGH " user of sbi card no "[protected]" not
receiving mail by courior and emails which i received as statement
which is unable to open not receving any sms update over phone.pl.
update my mobile no to receive sms .

kindly do need full for same.
