Hi,
I am having saving a/c at SBI
Branch Name: BADARPUR THERMAL POWER STATION(BTPS)
a/c no.[protected].
I am unable to ope e-stdr(FD) and e-RD through net,
Error Message: "Mode of Operation is not set for your account. Please contact your branch".
As I am the sole user of this a/c, I just could not understand the problem.

I am facing the same problem, even though in June I was able to successfully open an FD. Were you able to get any solution fir this issue?? I am in US right now so I can't open it offline too. If anybody was able to get any solution for this issue please post it here.
