I had applied for a passport in Dec2007, in Banda, and it was registered under file no. lkoz340589 dated 23-12-07. A police inquiry and the L.I.U. inquiry was conducted, I was available that time and both cleared and after one week i checked the status in my district passport office they informed me that your form send to lucknow for final process with Later No-P13/8 on 21Jan 2008, but now after one month the status of my passport is not available in online Status enquiry. when i called to passport office lucknow they told me your form is not send by your district but i receive the Later No from my district office .I have don M.C.A, and i am receiving job offers from abroad. Hence, I shall be grateful if you would kindly inform me the status of my passport and whether you will be in a position to issue the same or not?

SIR,
I have applied for passport dated on 20/07/08 my file no is w372231/08, and my police verification is also done in month of AUGUST 08, but till i have not got my passport. on net the status should be told as that police verification is not done so please help me out.

it was asked to submit the bonafied certificate and chennai address to the passport office and i have submitted it by above reciept but passport is not issued yet.

my fole no. is LKOA07719509
still i do not get my passport . in august there was a problem of address change from 'lucknow' to my permanant adress at 'bahraich'.i talked to supreemtendent sir of lucknow about it.
last time on 15 september i went to lucknow passport office to supreemtendent sir and he told me to send my passport within 15 days.
please consider my request and kindly send my passport.
