[Resolved]  Style Spa Furniture, 45 / 3, Padmaja Apt, Tanna Tower, Law College Road, Pune. — Supply of sub standard bedroom set.

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Eden bedroom set from Style Spa Furniture, Pune vide invoice no.s 156 dt 31st May 2009, 1/16 dt 31st May 2009, 159 31st may 2009, 222 27th June 2009.

I have the following issues:

1. Eden Bed 150x200:
This contains scratches an faulty bushes. Scratches were not taken care. Bushes were replaced but got broken again in front of the guy who came to replace and he said please fix it with help of fevicol.Looks like this product has design defect.
2. Eden Storage drawer 90x200:
Bushes were replaced but got broken again in front of the guy who came to replace and he said please fix it with help of fevicol.Looks like this product has design defect.
3.Siesta Coir Foam matress 200x150x5:
This is smaller than size of the bed. Though the specifications say that both have same size 150x200. This looks really ugly.But they say that this what they supply.
4. Eden side table:
Has scratches.
5. Eden 3 door 2 drawer wardrobe:
Loose fitting above the first door
6.Eden 3 drawer chest & Eden Mirror:
has scratches

I called Mr Kamlesh more than 50 times before he sent somebody. But my complaints were not resolved.
