I purchased bed from style spa nd I have really a very bad experience with it .. With in 3 yr its become useless. For reparing bed they always demand for money. Kindly repair my bed. It is quite better to purchase from local vendor rrather than branded ccocompany like stylespa.

    Purchased ESTILO Furniture full set vide sale order [protected] dt 17 09 2014 from Rajajinagar shop, Bngalore and ESTILO furniture was delivered at Belgaum, Karnataka through Belgaum show room. While assembling representatives from show room Sri Gangadhar mob [protected] carried away three panels and informed it will be replaced but, till date in spite of continuous fallow up they are telling it will be replaced once it is delivered from factory. In this regard I complained in Rajajinagar show room also. Now nobody is responding. I really surprised by the apathy of the staff in attending to the complaints that too from a reputed furniture company. I hope my coplaint will be attended and keep up the reputation of STYLE SPA FURNITURE LTD DAYANANDA N R [protected] Mob

        I bought a couple of King size cots in Mumbai. Unfortuanately we got transferred to Chennai The Mumbai Style Spa insisted we take delivery and he would organize for the Chennai office to fix it. It has been a horrible experience trying to coordinate betwen Mumbai, Chennai and the technicians. My cots are stillin a dismantled state. Can Style SPA help?

          I have purchased number of products from Style spa branch Raipur including a centre table vide invoice no. 1140536 dated[protected]. My customer code no. is [protected]. I have faced problems in all products after 3 -4 month of purchase but mainly i faced problem in this centre table 8-10 times since purchased. Even these people are so careless and irresponsible for customer complaints and concerns that they do not call after registering complaints on their website and even local showroom. I said them to repair the table on my cost but they said they do not have required parts of this table.

            We purchased two wardrobes from Style Spa furniture, Ulloor , Trivandrum . One of the planks was not in order to which the manager agreed the same day he would replace it the very next week. After one month having no response form Style spa myslef and my daughter went to meet them in this regard. Today the claim it was not there mistake and a mistake from the coolies so he will not replace it . We argued on this and shockingly the guy in the store who claims to be a manager behaved so respectfulness ignoring the fact that we are the customers and he is supposed to behave and talk properly to women. I would want the authorities to take action against this and make sure that people like this are not appointed to tamper with the customers regard.

              I had purchased furniture from Style Spa Furnitures in Aprex Mall in Jaipur in Jan,11 .

              I was told has 10 years warranty with proper after sales service .

              I had been facing problem with locker of my almirah immdly after purchase even after temendous followup , customer complaint being logged at toll

              free no the same has not been changed till date which is more than a year .

              The foam of sofa set has also become hard had compleined 20 times at jaipur and customer care but no help has been extended .

              The wall cabinet , side tables , shoe rack also has defects and probs but no one comes to repair it .

              The customer care is not bothered to revert and to resolev customr issues .

              pls tell me what would a consumer do in this senario

                1) I had purchased 2 cupboards, 1 dressing table and 1 cot in the 1st week of March 2010.
                2) Since around July 2010 I saw there was a lot of fungus coating on 1 of the cupboards while the other cupboard too was facing a similar issue but, to a minor extent.
                3) I had spoken to the Manager at the same outlet sometime in August stating this. I also mentioned to him that we have the warranty period going on and he had agreed with the same. He told us he did not have the solution to get rid of the fungus. It would take him a month or so to get it. He assured us as soon as he would get hold of it, he would give us a call.
                4) We got fed up waiting for his call as a month had gone by with no response from him. We were facing terrible problem wiping off the fungus on a daily basis. It was only after we called him, that he sent us a person 2 days later (Monday, 18th October 2010) to apply the solution.
                5) Today, Monday 25th October 2010 (1 week later) we see that the fungus has relapsed. Yet again we are facing the same issue.
                6) So, moments back I called up the Manager and told this. I yet again mentioned to him that we have the WARRANTY period going on. This time, he takes back his word saying, "THERE IS NO WARRANTY AS YOU HAD PURCHASED THE CUPBOARD ON THE CLEARANCE SALE". I am stunned. This was not mentioned to us earlier during the purchase. Also, if you read my above point no 3, I have clearly mentioned that he had agreed the cupboards have warranty and the period is still going on. He suggested that the least he could do was send over a personnel to reapply the solution. I am not looking for a temporary solution to this.

                Moreover, I see that the Manager has no manners in dealing with customers's problems.

                What I am looking at from my point of view is:
                1) Possibly a replacement for this 1 cupboard. The other 1 as said is not much affected.
                2) Some crash course for the Manager in Inter-personnel skill, How to deal with unsatisfied customers.

                  I had bought Eden-4 door sliding wardrobe-025178 on 31st aug-09 from showroom STYLE SPA FURNITURE LTD,C/O PRESIDENCY INN,UTTAM PALACE,3 SAPRU MARG,LUCKNOW.invoice no-268 but they had delivered damadged one side panel from upper side.they promised us to change side panel but its 4 months we are following up but till date it is not changed.This is certainly a harrasment issue as I have invested big amount in purchasing damadged product.

                  hom — wardrobe to be changed

                  I am residing in 3-H, 292 kali bari marg. Recently our wardrobe has been eaten by the dhemak. This has been brought to the notice of the concerned JE Mr. Kaushik. Inspite of visiting daily no action has been taken. Even for small complaints I have to run from pillar to pillars. I hope concerned officer will look into the matter and action will be taken immediately.

                    Supply of sub standard bedroom set.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I purchased a Eden bedroom set from Style Spa Furniture, Pune vide invoice no.s 156 dt 31st May 2009, 1/16 dt 31st May 2009, 159 31st may 2009, 222 27th June 2009.

                    I have the following issues:

                    1. Eden Bed 150x200:
                    This contains scratches an faulty bushes. Scratches were not taken care. Bushes were replaced but got broken again in front of the guy who came to replace and he said...

                    Respected Sir,

                    We have booked 3 + 2+ 1+1 Seated Sofa Set FX II ( Product code No. 999542 & 999544 ) through order form no. 81598 dated 30.09.08 from Show room of Style Spa Furniture, Sapru marg, Lucknow. We have made immediate Full and final payment for Rs. 50394.00 through credit card Bank of India. Store Incharge assured us for delivery within 15 days.
                    On the evening of Oct. 17th 2008 we received. Since the outer cartons were torn re-packed with some tapes, we were not sure of the condition of the goods.
                    On the very next day we noticed the following defects.

                    1. One of the two seater was looks different from others and
                    there were lot of wrinkle on sitting cushion resulting in
                    multi folding (may result in cut/tear at later stage).
                    2. All the units of the Sofa set have different ground clearance and
                    three seater sofa bends and touched the floor.
                    3. There were some damages (internal skelton broken ) of one the
                    singl Seater sofa..
                    4. The Back cushion/s are of different size and very loose.

                    On same day it was properly brought to the notice of the showroom staff and requested him to resolve our problem appropriately and for earlier solution/change of new one. On coming sunday sales person( Mr Vini Gupta ) visited our house and accepted defects and also assure us that very soon they will replace with new one. He also informed that the order will be placed with HO for new sofa and it may take some time.
                    For about two months later, we were made numerous calls (many times unattended/put on hold/with indicative dates) and also visited personally several times in order to fix the problem, without any success. Finally on 16th December when we again visited personally, we were once again (as usual given false promise) told the some body will visit and fix the problem . Again on one Sunday the branch manager along with technical staff personally visited our place and examine sofa set thoroughly and accepted the above problems and again assured for replacement with new one very soon.
                    For over four months, despite our several calls, email reminders, personal visits to the show room our problem is still lying unsolved.
                    During this trouble period, when we try to bring the matter with the Area manager, he was not available and we were informed by the branch manager that the same has been communicated to him. The irresponsible and cold attitude of the showroom manager is also very disappointing.
                    We are totally unhappy with the un-fair trade practice and un-professional approach of Style-Spa, Lucknow. We feel we are cheated, we have paid for Branded Sofa set and got something which is as ordinary as locally made sofa. We never expected such kind of trade from reputed group like Birla.
                    It has been expected from your goodself to look into the matter and help us in solving the above problem.

                    Yes it has to be true one of my relatives also faced a similar problem
                    Dear Sir,
                    I am also a frustrated customer of Style Spa. I bought one three door wardrobe from Style Spa Kolkata Camac street branch. Within 3 months after buying this I started facing the problem in middle door. It got bent. I repeatedly requested the area sales representative to address the issue and now it has already crossed 10 months. But till now no response came. I have already called them almost 20 times. But no response. I am really frustrated with their quality and after sales service. Its pathetic. Please let me know how to escalate this issue.
                    Dont worry sir, I have 2 cupboards at home - one a Rs 6000 local stuff which is absolutely absolutely fantastic and defect free and the other a Rs 30000 Style Spa which is absolutely absolutely collapsing and has missing parts (right from day 0).
                    These people at Style Spa use words like K K Birla to sell their spurious stuff. If I had known that this person K K Birla is the biggest crook in India - I definately would never had bought anything from this bunch of crooks

                      On 31st August 2008 vide Order Form No. 78324, we booked/ Purchased a recliner (3-seater-Black) from Mumbai, Ghatkopar showroom and paid a sum of Rs. 8, 000/- (Rupees Eight thousand only) towards advance confirming our order. Again on 3rd September 2008, vide order form no. 78329, the balance amount of Rs. 30, 246/- (Rupees Thirty thousand two hundred and forty six only) was paid through cheque no. 018642 drawn on Centurion Bank of Punjab, Mumbai. At the time of booking, we were assured of delivery will be made within 10-15 days. The cheque was debited to my account on 5th September 2008. We were not delivered the furniture as per the agreed date and from 15th September 2008 onwards we were told by the branch employees as “the required colour was not available, the item was not dispatched from Chennai and it will be delivered within couple of days/etc” and kept postponing the delivery schedule/date.

                      On 21st September 2008, finally we decided to cancel the order and gave our cancellation in writing and requested the branch to repay the entire amount paid by us. With lot of difficulty, the same was acknowledged by the sales person at that branch and at that time, we were told the cheque will be delivered within a week’s time, since the entire operation is centralized at Chennai, (where we did not have any option to counter claim).

                      Within couple of days, we got call from the branch manager, to accept the furniture, since they were arrived from Chennai. On his personal assurance, we have reconsidered our decision and accepted his proposal. Again the same was not delivered as promised (because of your delivery schedule Wednesday and Saturday) and finally two packets (with consignment no 072479/[protected] – Product code-999907) were delivered to our house on last week of September 2008. Since the outer cartons were torn re-packed with some tapes, we were not sure of the condition of the goods. The same was acknowledged with remarks as “contents not checked for any damages”.

                      The assembly did not take place on the date of delivery. When asked for assembly of the furniture, we were informed that the technicians will be visiting in couple of days and they will assemble. Finally on 2nd or 3rd October, the technicians visited to our house and assembled the furniture. At that time, we noticed the following defects.

                      1. On the left hand side, the pull lever of recliner is very loose and not working normally.
                      2. There were some damages (torn leather) on below the side arm rest.
                      3. The Back cushion/s are of different size and
                      4. There were lot of wrinkle on sitting cushion resulting in multi folding (may result in cut/tear at later stage).

                      The same were properly brought to the notice of the technician and requested him to escalate appropriately and for earlier solution/change of new one. There were no response from the branch.

                      With-in couple of days, the left side recliner stopped working. The same was informed to the showroom and the technician visited (after vigorous follow-ups) to our house and informed some problem with the assembly and the some parts needs to be replaced. He also informed the order will be placed with HO for parts.

                      For over two months, we were made numerous calls (many times unattended/put on hold/with indicative dates) and also visited personally several times (during week ends) in order to fix the problem, without any success. Finally on 6th December when we again visited personally, we were once again (as usual given false promise) told the some body will visit and fix the problem but never happened.

                      During this trouble period, when we try to escalate the matter with the Branch manager, he was not available and we were informed by the showroom employee/s the same will be communicated with him. The irresponsible and cold attitude of the showroom manager is also disappointing. He never returned the call and always the calls are being attended (if attended) only by the sales personal.

                      We are totally unhappy with the un-fair trade practice (at the time of booking when we asked for the make, we were never told it is an imported one and were given to understand manufactured in India, at Chennai) and un-professional approach of Style-Spa. We feel we are cheated, we have paid for recliner and got something which is as good as ordinary sofa.

                      Also, we have not received the proper invoice from the branch. When asked, we were not got any proper reply. I never expected such kind of trade from reputed group like Birla.

                      defective bed sold to me no response from the showroom. what should i do?
                      Similar experience in StyleSpa Bangalore. The personnel at the shop were pretty confident that escalation to the regional office will yield no results. In my case the furniture was damaged on delivery. This was never rectified, inspite of numerous calls and letters to the company.
                      Similar experience in Vashi. Was sold a bed by saying that the length is 200cm and when delivered, I was delivered a bed with a size of 228cm. On being asked the sales man told me that by mistake he told the length as 200cm and now he cant do anything. he also told that if we want to complain we can as no action will be taken.
                      Thanks for the info. I had planned to buy a recliner from Sytle Spa, but not anymore
                      I have had more shocking experience with Style Spa.
                      I bought a 6000 Rs cupboard from x in Kirti Nagar and at the same time I bought a cupboard for 30000 from Style Spa. While my 6000 cupboard is fabulous and no complaints, the 30, 000 Rs cupboard was not only delivered incomplete and has holes where locks should have been but also fell apart and the drawers collapsed in 15 days. I have been making polite calls to them and have even visited their showroom to see I can pick up the locks and fix them myself - but they have not only not acted - but most importantly have not even once thought it prudent to even speak to me.
                      The Motto of Style Spa is once the money is with them - they will never deliver and if they deliver it will either be broken or incomplete and if they at all set it up - it will fall apart in days. A good lesson to all those who think that by paying 5 times more and trusting names like KK Birla is any safeguard from these cheak crooks.
                      I agree with you. you have to give continusly complent at style spa at [protected]@stylespafurniture.com you will get definatly solutions from them. and I request you that if your goods r damaged then at the time of delevery do not accept that.

                      Hi,

                      Recently purchased bedroom package from Style Spa Chennai AnnaNagar. Paid the full amount and was promised a delivery date. Then the delivery date was changed twice. Fine with me.

                      And they came to delivery the package at around 8.30 PM and told that the fitters will come tomorrow.

                      I didn't accept the package and returned the truck saying only will accept when I see the fitters.

                      The next day they came to deliver the package saying the fitters will come after 30 minutes. I told, let me see the fitters only then the package will be accepted. The fitters came after 2 hours.

                      The wardrobe is not what you see in there showroom. In the showroom it is all in perfect conditions.

                      This is my final conclusion. Please never buy from style spa. They are liars, not prompt in service, and the quality is not what you get as you see in the showroom.

                      Please keep these in mind, before making a decision to buy from style spa.
                      i had purchased a wall unit from stylespa calicut for rs.14000+ which has started rotting down within four years of purchase . no body seems to respond positively to complaints

                      AT THE TIME OF MY DOUGHTER MARRIAGE, I WAS GIFTED FULL FURNITURE IN OUT SIDE FROM MY HOME TOWN THEY ARE TREMENDOUSLY GIVEN EVERY THING ON TIME WITH OUT ANY REMINDER AND PHONE CALL .

                      I bought a Chancellor Sofa set from Style Spa store at Ghitorni, New Delhi few months back. The day we received the sofa and was fitted we tried sitting on the single seats and it toppled. We brushed aside this as an accident. However every time a person sits on this single seater and gets up, it gets toppled and many a times guests have fallen. After several such incidents we understood that there's a problem with the single seater sofas and repeatedly made telephonic and in person complaints to the store. The salesman, Mr. Akhilesh kept committing that he would send someone to check but no one turned up for 4 months. After 4 months on a follow up visit he finally sent a person, Mr. Tiwari and this guy informs me that there is a fault in the design of Chancellor sofa and that they cannot do anything about this. I spent more than a lakh on buying my first so called 'branded sofa set' with my hard earned money and am duped by Style Spa. No one had the courtsey to call back since the last visit. I would strongly suggest the readers not to buy any furniture from Style Spa they are all cheaters sitting in garb of salesman there. Once you have bought something they would never entertain you leave apart attending to any complaints. I would be very happy of one the senior officers at Style Spa reads this review and tries to convert my experience into a pleasant one. Till then I have completely written off Style Spa from my furniture requirements and have advised my friends and family too. As a next step I am taking this complaint to Social media and will ensure that my experience of Style Spa's horrible customer service and product quality reaches every person. I have enclosed a picture of one of the sofa seat and please do not go by the luxurious look of it. This sofa has a design fault and no one can sit on it without toppling. We fell for the look of it too and now suffering each day.
