This has reference to my Purchase of the Following Su-Kam INVERTER. Product : 800 VA + 150 AH Battery Purchased on 20/2/2007 From : Prakash Sales ( Vasai ) – Tel.: [protected] / 2348607 / 2340308 – Mr Prakash @ Rs. 14000/- Installation Address Mohan Raheja B7, Priyadarshini Park CHS, Umelman, Vasai (W) Tel.: 2381819 We had entered into an AMC with the following provider M/a Classic Electronics ( Vasai ) AMC From : 10/7/2008 – 10/7/2009 Vide Reciept no. 1570 @ Rs. 750/- p.a The aforesaid Service Provider has been only supplying services pertaining to re-fill of distilled water every 4 months. He is unable to service our complaints beyond the aforesaid. Recently, the Inverter has been regularly Tripping continuously after usage of 5-10 minutes. We have tried to lodge a complain with the AMC Provider, without any response. We have also tried to get in touch with the Original seller, but that too hasn’t proved fruitful. We have been handed over a list of peoples names and Contact numbers, which are either not answering in the affirmative or not responding. We have FAILED IN ALL THE WAYS AND MEANS to get in touch with the Company.
