[Resolved]  Su-Kam Inverters — I am very upset

SU-KAM I am not sure whether you would ever reply to me but want to let u know….

I bought Su-Kam inverter in September and somehow it started giving me some problem. I lodged a complain on 10/5/2010 at 8.30 AM and was told that with in next 24 to 48 hours someone will come to me But no one came to see the problem by 10/7/2010. After several follow ups with Customer Service I got the number of Service in charge for Ghaziabad who promised that some one would be on 10/8/2010 in any case… Even after several follow us with Service in charge who usually do not pick up the phones for hours and you have to wait… only phone rings but no one attend the call…. Suddenly at 4 pm on 8/10, I came to know that an engineer came to my home and he was told by Mohd Salem (That is me actually) that we do not have Su-Kam inverter instead we have Microtek.

I was totally disturbed as my my exaction were high with Su-Kam brand and I want to let you know that no one came to my home no one give me any call.

When I asked the engineer about where he came and why did he not call me... He said that is not my responsibility to call you… and (Jo Krna H Kr Le.. Me Apna Kam Kr Chuka Hu…) even he went abusive with me.

I am working in corporate world (Aon Hewitt Associates Ind Pvt Ltd - Noida) and I never expected such abusive behavior with any company representative

Su-Kam leaders I am sorry that I used your brand and now promise that never do it again in my life.
I have taken another brand today as my wife is pregnant and we have electricity problem in Ghaziabad.

I want to give you some name with the comments and phone nos.

Rakesh – Service In charge (Ghaziabad - [protected]) – could not do anything nor replied ever
Vijender – Service In charge (Ghaziabad - [protected]) – went abusive and aggressive and said that can’t do anything in my case.

Service Engineer - (Did not tell his name but phone no, is- [protected]) - was very uneducated and did abuse on phone saying Jo Krna H kr Le.

Now Below Action I would take –

I will put the same above comments on Consumer Court Website.
I Would Post a note on our Hewitt Corporate Website that never use Su-Kam as they never help.
I would post the same on Google that people can at least aware of my pain.


I am feeling really helpless and embarrassed that some one with no reason talked to me in such a pathetic way and I do want that you please aducate your associates, how to deal with the customers.

Also it’s very easy to sell a Brand but very difficult and sensitive to keep the customer’s expectation as they go for brand for high visibility and service quality. You actually failed me emotionally and professionally.

I had purchase a Su-kam inverter on[protected], now battery is not giving the power backup so I lodged a complaint dated[protected] having complain no- [protected].Su-kam field executive visited on my place at[protected] and given me field service report having FSR no-133146 and Book no.-2663 that battery needs to be changed and told me that it will take around one week to replace your battery. But around two months have passed neither they replace my battery nor contacted me. And between these periods I repeatedly contacted to Su-kam customer care and their Area Sales in charge Mr. Swaroop singh .Each and every time they told me that your approval is on way and shortly you will be getting your battery. Finally today on[protected] they told me that your complain is rejected and you are not getting your battery because your warranty period is expire.
I am asking them that if I have lodged complain on[protected] their field service representative has visited on[protected] which is within the warranty period of 15 month from purchasing date which is in my case dated[protected] then how did they decided that my warranty is expired.
