Dear sir,
I am gharu kumar from jammu...
I have purchased a new sukam solar brainy eco 1600/dc sine wave solar on d-25-jul-2018. Unfortunately, in the month of oct., 2018 it stopped working. Inverter checked by local service centre and found that some power card/ plate has been burnt/ damaged. However, they repaired it and it started working.

But the inverter again stopped working in the month of january, 2019....

In my home we brought a Su-Kum inverter they promise us one and half(1 1/2)year warranty. After few months(5-7)Inverter started to make problems. After one day it completely out of order. So we call the dealer, but he doesn't pick the call. After some days he replied, " he can't do anything". total cost of the inverter and battery is Rs 16000/-.

We are helpless now....

A complaint was loaged for repair/checking of the Su-kam Inverter vide complaint no.Complaint No. [protected] dated[protected] still not attended by the local Distributors situated at Hisar(State Haryana). It is further added that numerous times requested has been made to the local distributors/as well as consumer care center but no proper heed is being paid by the concern authority only saying that your complaint has been launched and the...

SU-KAM I am not sure whether you would ever reply to me but want to let u know….

I bought Su-Kam inverter in September and somehow it started giving me some problem. I lodged a complain on 10/5/2010 at 8.30 AM and was told that with in next 24 to 48 hours someone will come to me But no one came to see the problem by 10/7/2010. After several follow ups with Customer Service I got the number of Service in charge for Ghaziabad...

I have bought a 1000VA inverter from Su-kam, this is third or the forth time that the battery has stopped functioning, i had lodged a complaint on 22nd of April, a person visited on 24th and told us that the battery needs to be replaced, however, till date the same has not been done.
This is a rerepetative issue even the last time the complaint was attended only after the matter was esclated to consumer complaints after lots of follow...

This has reference to my Purchase of the Following Su-Kam INVERTER.
