[Resolved] Sudheendra Indane Gas Agency, Bangalore — Complaint Against non supply of gas and harassment | |
With due respect, I like to bring to your kind notice that the Sudheendra Indane Gas agency, hennur road, 2nd main, HBR layout is not booking the refill properly nor supplying the gas on time. My consumer # is 14559. I booked the additional cylinder on 23/09/2008 on personal visit to office after trying them over phone from past 8 days, till now after 11 days I have not received my refill and NOW MY OTHER CYLINDER IS ALSO EMPTY. When I enquired they are saying it will take another 6 days to deliver and they are not taking booking for the other cylinder which is empty now. When asked they are saying they will take booking only after 30 days from the date of last delivery(not even last booking) i.e. 30 days to book and 10 to 15 more days to deliver from booking date, totally 40-45 days for providing only one cylinder. I beg you and ask you how a family of 5 members can manage with only one cylinder for 45 days and what is the use of having double cylinder? When asked about the same, they are unduly harassing and using fowl language and in turn the concerned manager saying and I quote “Go and complaint where ever you want, who ever you want as this is not Bharat Gas Agency, this is Indane and we don’t care”. Sir, can you just help understand what does it mean? I even called your sales office at this no. 22239473 to complain to some authorities about such unjust behavior. The lady who picked up the telephone also supported the gas agency and telling me to go and complaint whoever I want to and where ever I want to. Please help me; I am in a very awful situation, Please take a strict action against the Agency as the public is being taken for a ransom, Customers like us have to literally beg for a refill cylinder. Indane Gas — 15 + days taken to deliver the gas from booking date
I am costumer of indane gas service. My gas agency name is GURGAON GAS SERVICE loacated at GURGAON. Our experiance very many times we call on phone then they pick phone and take 14+ yes FOURTEEN PLUS days to deliver. Don't we feel this is disgusting that they don't have much knowlwdge of Supply Chain Management, and Indion Oil is claming to be one of the best organisation in customer satisfaction. From 23/12/2007 i'm following for cylinder replacement both over phone and physical presence, however the guy sitting there is telling the story everytime. If i call/go in morning session (may be at around 10:ooAM) his reply will be, to come in the after noon session. When i go/call at noon, he will refer me to get the cylinder after two days. If i call / go at around 11 AM or 3PM , some times he will say that morning it has come but no more left out. This is the sad story from last 29 days.
Also i requested him to book the cylinder he will reject the offer and direct me to go to his centre in DEHU Road which is 35 KMS away. Same is the reply when i ask for tranfer my consumer No. to his agency.

I request to look into this issue by the concerned Authorities & take the necessary actions as we have good faith in Indane Gas.

I went to the said agency to ask the gas , but they replied "today is short supply of gas and we'll provide tommorrow by second half.but they dint done this.
Second day.(17.01.2008)
i called to mr. Bobby on his no. ([protected]) . he replied
that his delivery vehicle is not operational so we cantt provide gas today and told me that i can get gas by tommorrow morning.
third day (today)
i awaited by 11.00 am yet they dint supplied the gas to me
i called him again he told me that delivery van is nearby you
still i did not get gas cylinder.i m facing trouble for non delivery of gas .
I request to look into this issue by the concerned Authorities & take the necessary actions as we have good faith in Indane Gas.

Dear Sir,I have a single cylinder connection,my connection number is 1916,i have booked for refilled cylinder on 29.01.08 to the satyam gas agencies at panchkula,haryana,till now i have not received the cylinder and there is no proper response.
Every time i am facing the same problem,we are struggling due to non availabilty of cylinder.
Even i requesting to provide additional cylinder from the lsat four months,they are not confirming to provide the additional cylinder.

My name is Mahesh kammath and my consumer number 13250, My agency is fortune agenies in ayyampilly in vypin islands, in ernakulam district of kerala. Phone numbe of my agency is[protected]. Yesterday two people came at home and told they came to service and to pay 40 Rs . A s my sevant was alone at home she didnt allow them to enter inside. Today when i enquired at the agency they told that they will stop supply of filled cylinders now i am running out of filled cylinder. Mine last booking is done on 26/3/08 and still not recd the filled cylinder. Agency people also informed me that they cant tell when they could sedn the service person again and then only i will get my new cylinder. We, the poor consumer has to run between pillar to post to get a cyclinder refilled becoz. now the Gas agencies have made it compulsary to show RATION CARD (with latest address) in order to book gas.Why can't they see the Electricity connection bill or Bank Statement as proof of residence?
This is really a killing attitude of Gas Agencies operating in South India(Chennai)...

Dear Sir/Mam,I just want to bring this problem to you. I dont know it works or not. But I am a frustated cutomer of Indane gas Agency. My Consumer id is 57326, and i have taken connection fom Kalpana Gas agency KPHP(Hyderabad- Phone Number-[protected]). I booked my cylinder on 5-Aug-2008, And today is 20-Aug-2008. Still they did not deliver me cylinder. I am continiously calling them, and Visiting them and everytime they are saying in one or two days they will deliver and it became 15 days today. Good thing is that I am having only one Cylinder as they are not willing to provide second cylinder. My question is that how come with one cylinder a person will manager for such a long time. They are giving excuse that stock is not there and blah balh...Then how come they are delivering to other people in my locality without booking. Today only i Have seen they delivered to a lady...and to me they say there is not stock for today.

I agree with the above complaint. We have single cylinder and we have booked on 17/9/2008 and till now it is not delivered. Everyday we called, most of the time there is no response or they will say today it will be delivered.
It is the worst case that we have recently to come this dealer and till now we have not faced this kind of problems, if we call 2 or 3 times we used to get the cylinders. The situation is very pathetic and we are in nightmare that when will the current cylinder ends.

Indane Gas — Non Delivery of gas on time and not taking booking properly
I have an Indane gas with consumer no D7076. My distributor is Dilip Distributors, No.8 Tarah Dutta road, Kolkata-700 019. I book for re-filling over phone and most of the time the booking is not taken on the same date and the distributor's response to the same is "Computer Down". Next month when I go to book the cylinder after 21 days I get a reply from the distributor that 21 days not yet over and booking can be made after 4 to 5 days only. Moreover the delivery of the cylinder takes 12 to 15 days from the date of booking. The cylinder is sold in black for the price of Rs.450. This complaint is regarding the Gas agency in bangalore Kammanhaali named Indane Sudeendra gas agency, Kammanhalli. There are lot of curuption there as the consumers are not getting the gas in time and everytime they are setting their own rules and conditions and selling the gas to one who bribe them. Which is redeculous.There is no control on them and so i wonder how and where to put my voice to atleast get the proper justice on this is

sir,i am a customer of sureendhra gas agency hennur min rd, these people wont take the booking after one month ,if they booke it also they wont supply on time the take 15 days to supply
& their attitude is so rude , they wont answer properly it is really difficult to bare the inconviniece cause by them as i have single cylindre it comes only 20 days it is v difficult to manage by the time they send i request ur good self to kindly concerned this matter as urgent & do the needful & oblige
