[Resolved]  Sulekha. Com — Fraud

We have advertised for our product with Sulekha.com. We have paid Rs.16545 It has been observed that the business lead which we receive are all fake.
Sulekha.com had promised to refund our money but now they dont pick up calls and even dont respond to any query by emails.
Executive name is Nitin Zimurh.
Manager name is Kaiser Faruqui
Customore Relationship : Muskaan.

All above persons name mentioned are irresponsible toward there duty from Sulekha.com

Even i faced the same incident with sulekha .Lets try to fight against them together.Is there a way to sue the company for all this.

Sulekha are common cheats, possibly owned by a politician or their relative/ close friend.
I did not get any business even after paying 17, 000 in two segments, since they showed fraud data for the previous month.

Their response of avoiding is very un-professional and only given by fraudsters, cheats and goons.
Indian cos don’t seem to understand this and most want to take advantage - corrupt mind.

People Rather than pay them that much look for other options, post in admag, getit and another 2-3 cheaper sites to make up,
plus if needed for regular business open your own site for about 2, 500 from big rock and later 1, 200/year get more business for the same price.

iF YOU HAVE THE TIME AND INCLINATION, FILE CRIMINAL CASES VAI A LAWYER AS POLICE WILL ONLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR MISERIES AND WONDER WHY MAOISTS AND NAXAlITES EXIST AND SULEKHA WILL PAY THEM.

Smitha is the reason all the problems started. She is the one who will find you, contact you, harass you till you meet her representative, and then the moment she is in receipt of the money, she will completely disappear. She will promise you everything under the sun, but will deliver nothing. She is un-professional and completely un-reliable. The biggest cheat in Sulekha so far.

He works out of the Chennai Office. Will not communicate with you when required. When forced to do so, will conveniently tell you that the matter is being forwarded to the concerned department and that he will get back to you at the earliest. You will never hear back from him.

On the 12th of April 2013, Smitha sent over her colleague Nitesh to our office to finalize the VERTICAL BANNER advertisement that we were promised. We were told that not only were we the first to receive this, but we would be given exclusivity to the Executive Protection Segment on their website.

After collecting a cheque of INR 15, 000 Nitesh left with the promise that our ad would go live by Wednesday the 17th of April 2013.

On Monday the 15th of April 2013, our Director, received an SMS from Smitha, requesting him to forward the banks message to say that the cheque has cleared. As soon as the message was forwarded, all communications from Sulekha stopped. They got what they wanted, our money!

After nearly TWO WEEKS of no correspondence or ad from Sulekha, we contacted their customer support via an e-mail on the 24th of April 2013. We received a call from Zoheb the next day in regards to our complaint. He obviously had no idea as to what had transpired and so we had to repeat the story all over again. He said that he would look into the matter and revert.

He called us back in sometime, saying that the Executive Protection Keyword was being specially created for us and that’s why the delay. He also mentioned that the ad was not yet activated. This, two weeks after our money had been taken and after WE had initiated contact. This is also in complete contradiction to what was promised to us before signing up. At this point of time, we made it very clear that we no longer wanted these services and that our money was to be refunded. He said he would speak to his manager and get back to us.

We have been harassed, neglected and fleeced for almost a month now. All promises are made in vain and no further communications are made from Sulekha. Our cheque has been credited and no services rendered.
