Sulekha. Com — product not delivered and money is also not refunded | |||
I have made an online purchase of Nokia Lumia 510 in sulekha.com on[protected]. I paid the amount using city union bank net banking and the transaction was successful and the amount is deducted from my account but i have not received the order number. when i contacted the customer care regarding this, they said that my money will be refunded with in 12 working days but till now my money is not refunded and when i contacted the customer care again there is no proper response about the refund date. they are telling that my money may be refunded tentatively by February 10.please take necessary steps...... We are extremely sorry that we had to cancel your order. We have cancelled the order and have issued full money refund on Jan 31st 2013. Once the refund is issued from our end, private sector banks takes 5 to 10 working days & public sector banks take 7 to 14 working days for crediting the money back to the same account used for this purchase/transaction. The quoted refund timelines at the bank are indicative and most refunds happen sooner. Our apologies once again for the inconvenience caused.
