I am using Sun direct DTH ( my problem is i can't Access for login password i am already to change my login password. but before 2 weeks working fine but now am not able to access the login password can u reset the password

Sun Direct DTH — Password reset

I was using sundirect dth for the last 4 years, using the default password. but these days this default password is not working and it says invalid passoword. there is no "forget password" site to click it. Please let me know how to login to my account.
