Refund on cancelled add-ons

I am a subscriber of Sun Direct DTH in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh for the last 1 year. I recharged my account online and purchased some add-ons. There is an option to add add-ons in Sun Direct website, and also an option for cancellation of added add-ons. There is no help or guidelines available on the website. My grievances are,

1. When I add a new package it debits my balance, then my point is, it should credit my account on cancellation...

useless service provider

I made complaint on[protected] regarding set top box problem to customer care from where i was directed to contact distributor by giving mobile no; and he was contacted. Since he did not respond i contacted service manager on[protected] and he told me that he would send the person on the day itself but he turned on the late evenign of[protected] without providing alternate set top box. After that only my turmoil started and i was shunted...

Poor service of Sun Direct & No proper response

Hi,
I am Raja T.P.K customer of Sun direct DTH vide Smart card no [protected]. I have been facing a problem ' no signal' since 5 days. I am not getting any channels on my TV. I contacted customer care.But no proper response from them.

Please do the needful at the earliest,Otherwise I will lookout for other options.

service still scrambled

sir yesterday i had recharged 100 rupees for sundirect dth smart card [protected]. and now the card the balance of rs 183.5 but the service is scrambled i need the reason and quick resolution...

worst customer care service

We are trying to re-charge our Sundirect smart card, we are unable to reach the customer care Chennai phone number[protected] for the past 3 days, all we hear is the automated voice "The number you have dialled is busy...",but they charge for that time we dialled,even the computer voice only heard....they cheated the people by applying charges on the waiting time and also for the computer voice commands....so please take actions...

Recharge goof up

Sir, I rechrged for Rs100 on 06/01/10 and the amt got credited. Also, there is an existing Rs28 in my account. However, when I tried to activate the AddonPkg which is Rs90, it said 'Insufficient Balance'. Called up Cmrcare and they took the complaint saying its a software problem and would be resolved in 24hrs. Still nothing is done. Its more than 13days and nothing has been done. I made more than 20 calls till date and spent more...

Poor service from Sun Direct

Hi ,

We have been facing an issue with no signal from the past 5 days and Sun direct people ask us to contact local dealers and the local dealers put the blame on Sun Direct officials.
Finally we are the ones who are getting affected.

This product should be banned from providing service if they are not able to support it afterwards.
This is very very bad from Sun Direct side.

This is another common stupid customer of sun direct. We have purchased one branded tv from branded show room. We have have got sun direct DTH as free along with TV.

Very Poor service,

Lot of time it takes 15 minutes to work properly, before that you will see only some error massage on TV.
So for every 2-3 days same problem will occur and you will be lucky enough then you can make it working by restoring factury default setting, but your all the favourite will be erased.
You will never able to addon channels by SMS, just from last day I was trying to add package code 05 and it is replying me as wrong addon...

not doing service

I have taken sun ditect direct DTH from Mahalakshmi Traders -Maruti nagar. on 20.08.09. Smart card No. is. [protected], Daily I am requesting them to come and do the service. wrong registration of smart card

i hav taken sun direct subscription from MST enterprises chennai for 1 year and they provided settopbox with smart card in july. but i found the smart card provided to me is registered in someone else name and wen i enquired they said they will replace as it is mistakenly provided to me and 3 months since tht call and inspite of me making repeated complaints they didnt replace .
and now my connection is disconnected and wen i ask sun...

non activation of add on package

I had recharged my smat card no.[protected] for Rs.150/- on Saturday (28/11/2009) and requested an activation of Neo Package immediately. very bad service from Sun Direct- Better avoid...

I'm facing problem with my sun direct connection from saturday. I'm getting a error msg, E50-32 SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE.
Though I called many times, problem is not rectified. Very poor response. When I call customer care, they gave skyline enterprises where I purchased and they are no more with sun direct now. His number is not existing now. They didn't come up to support the customer.

Signal Problem

My smart card no. is [protected]. I am not getting any signal for the past few days. Ofcourse, it is rainy season but there is absolutely no signal and the display says " E48 no signal ". Is it problem for all? Does other DTH subscribers like Reliance, Airtel, Dish and Tata Sky subscribers have similar problems during Rainy/windy seasons?...
