Sir, I rechrged for Rs100 on 06/01/10 and the amt got credited. Also, there is an existing Rs28 in my account. However, when I tried to activate the AddonPkg which is Rs90, it said 'Insufficient Balance'. Called up Cmrcare and they took the complaint saying its a software problem and would be resolved in 24hrs. Still nothing is done. Its more than 13days and nothing has been done. I made more than 20 calls till date and spent more than Rs70 on calls itself. They gave me compl.nos([protected], [protected], [protected]). This clearly shows how sundirect is cheating people and no service is provided.
Pls. do the needful.

I am recharge a Rs.1310 for 1 year subscription that I am due on recharge on 10.04.2010 even though I recharge this due to one month extra subscribe and IPL mach even though I am not get IPL mach. Hence, it it request you to please connect the IPL mach.
