[Resolved] Sun Direct — DELAY IN CREDITING RECHARGE AMOUNT | |||
I made a recharge through the site 'Rechargeitnow.com' for my sun direct connection. The recharge was done on 6th Jun 2011 and the same has not been credited to my sun direct account till date, whereas the amoutn has been debited instanlty from the SBI account and also the site is showing the status 'recharge processed'. On the next day[protected] evening, I contacted the customer care and the person sitting over there assured me that it will get recharged within 24 hrs. And on the second day[protected] evening, again after talking to them for four to five times in an hour or less, they asked the transaction details and registered a complaint giving me a complaint refernce no starting like '[protected]' and assured me the problem will be solved soon either by getting the sun direct recharged or creditting back the money into my SBI account.Even at that point of time , nobody over there was able to give a clear idea regarding the failed recharge.On the third day[protected], despite of calling many times where each customer care executive gives a different feedback regarding the unsuccessful recharge and skipping off thereselves, no sign of recharge or revertion of amount into account.Again, I called them today with almost little hope and the first caller informed me like the amount has been vreditted back to my SBI account, which was not done. On second call, the person over there had no idea about my previous complaint or problems and he again registered a complaint quoting refernce '1-[protected]'.I lost all hope in them. For this single recharge of Rs.200/-, I almost spend around Rs.50/- or more for calling the customer care. This is not a single case. Even my previous recharge which was made through paper recharge coupon, I had to phone them for almost one week to get it done. I have recharged a sum of Rs.133/- SUN DTH smart Card No.[protected] on 11 Jun 2011 through net banking. The amount has been deducted from my State bank of India account immediately and has been confirmed by State Bnak of India reference ( on line recharge ) IG 54073723. But the amount has not been credited in my Sun Direct customer account till now. I have sent complaint twice by mail and twice your Sun DTH Office. So for no responsible reply from you. All who attended my calls do not give proper reply. please advice
