[Resolved] Sun Direct (DTH) — E50-32 No Services Available | |||
Sir, I, S Sanoop ( Smart card No: [protected] , Set up box No: P[protected]) is a customer of sun direct since last two weeek. But after installation there was only few channels was coming initially. It was told me that due to some problem in satelite. But since last four days there is not even a single channel avillable. After repeated complaints, there is no progress. While S/On dth, it is showing that ' E50-32 No Services Available'. Refer my complaint numbers[protected],[protected]&[protected]. Sir u r request to do the needful at the earliest. I am also facing same problem, they are not ready to tell complaint no for me.
I am using sun DTH. But problem is every some day i cant see channel. some time error service, some time satellite problem... like this. When i am call to customer care, that people dont know what the problem exactly. bcz they have no more experience about that. If they have experience, they can understand. when we telling the symptom, they should know this problem.
Now i getting "E 50-32 No service". Then i call to customer service more time, until now not yet solve problem. If anybody know How can solve the problem please send me solution to my email. [protected]@gmail.com

After repeated complaints, there is no progress. While S/On dth, it is showing that ' E50-32 No Services Available'.
