[Resolved] Sun Direct — stopped provision of full service for the last 3 months | |||
Sir My mother has been a customer of Sun direct cable communication for the last 3 years . For the last three months we had not been provided the full service of the above connection even though I had paid entire amount for the stipulated period (Up to[protected]. So I humbly request you to be kind enough to take the necessary action to retain the service effectively and also to grant the compensation for the lost period. I have already registered much complaint to the required authority before this registration of this complaint. I hope that you would take necessary action with due consideration. i also have similar problem. Not only me, all sundirect customers have been facing the same problem...i am not getting many channels and the dealer or distributors r not ready to come and tune the dish..hopeless service from sundirect...prasad
