[Resolved]  Suvidhaa Service Is Totally Fail — software hang

Suvidhaa Service are the best & easy for the customer to book any services, anywhere, any time, Service.

I don't agree that suivdhaa is worst but due to the irctc fluctuation rail ticket is not coming and call centre also not pickup the phone but their mail service is best what ever the problems u r facing you just mail them they will reply you within 15 minutes. Services is also good but they have to attach more services.

i m totaly agree with ur comment, suvidhaa service means waste of time & money it s totaly faliure system
for railway booking, other service, no feed back from Customer Care, no one responsible for customer looses
no warranty o[censored]r refund

One of worst services. We have not been able to book tickets through Suvidhaa since last week. None in the Company is taking responsibility to inform the problem and status on how things will be put in place. Very bad management.

i have treid booking a ticket before 11 month, but the train is passed still i couldn't get the train ticket... great suvidhaa great.

Suvidhaa servises is totaly fail. when the coustemer comes then that time the sevice is always fail. The railway ticket is booked many times but only request is given after some time it booked & some time it is not booked. there is confusion that whether the amount is debited or not. after about 1/2 hour we can know the reality. some times system also hang. coustmer care no. is also engaged & when the ring goes no body pick it. bsnl recharges are not started yet. I have complain many times, but they do not give the acect date of this.

Hello Mr Suvidhaa Management There is hopless services offered by you no services active from two days there si server problem from two days after login system showing problem in server no body pick the phone at customer service executives sleeping there in call center if company agree to refund my registration fees i am agree to surender my suvidhaa point concept is good but copany should manage properly.

not complite comission, not complite booked ticket in fst time started in suvidhaa, so i like comision but today will not complite somision, for example to befor railway tickwet booked &comission 10 ruppes but today will just 4 rupes, so today will not complite suvidhaa,
mobile bill collected complite costomer but not comison in suvidhaa in costomer add bill in comision 5 ruppes,
examplae for 405 rupees bill pay in costomer &so suvidhaa policy in 410/- ruppes costomer in service charge in costomer.
i have request for suvidhaa team to pls start in electonice bill i have very long time wait for sels manager,
